There is a chance to find Opal Sentinel of Rkugamz Mask and shoulder Style pages from the Final boss of the Darkshade Caverns 1 Dungeon in veteran hard mode during the Event. And the Shoulder style pages can be also found within Undaunted Opal Shoulder Coffers from Maj al-Ragath at any Undaunted Enclave.
If you already own the base shoulder style you can also purchase the opal shoulder versions directly from the associated merchant. Furthermore Opal Sentinel of Rkugamz Weapon Styles can be found inside Glorious Undaunted Reward Boxes and Undaunted Reward Boxes during the Undaunted Celebration Event.
