How can I obtain the Knight of the Circle Outfit Style?
To be able to obtain the Knight of the Circle Armor and Weapons you need to acquire Arena Gladiator's Proofs in Cyrodiil.

How can I create Knight of Circle Armor Style Pages?
Once you collected 20 Gladiator Proofs you can visit the War Researcher merchant and buy for 2500 Alliance Points Knight's Resolve. Have your 20 Gladiator Proof's in your inventory, then use the Knight's Resolve to create a random style page for armor in the Knight of Circle Style.
How can I create Knight of Circle weapon Style Pages?
Once you collected 40 Gladiator Proofs you can visit the War Researcher merchant and buy for 5000 Alliance Points Knight's Rebuke. Knight's Rebuke can be combined with 40 Arena Gladiator Proofs to generate a random style page for a weapon in the Knight of the Circle style.

Cyrodiil is part of the base game and you don't need any Chapter or DLC to enter that Zone.

You can search the Guild Traders and purchase the Knight of Circle Outfit Style pages with Gold.
How do I apply this Style to my gear?
To apply the Knight of Circle Outfit Style to your armor, you have to create an outfit via an outfit station.
