To be able to obtain the Systres Guardian Style you need to own the High Isle Chapter.
High Isle will be available as a DLC when the next Chapter is released (May/June 2023). It will be then also part of the ESO plus subscription.
What do I need to craft the Systres Guardian Style?
To craft the Systres Guardian Style you need the style material High Isle Filigree which are also obtained by completing daily repeatable quests for Wayllod in High Isle.
