What are Event Collectibles in the Elder Scrolls Online?
Each year ESO adds new collectibles which you can acquire with event Tickets. First you need to collect fragments for base collectible. And then you can obtain upgrade fragments to morph the base element into a new special collectible.
Which is the base element for all Event Collectibles in 2024?
In 2024 you can earn all year long the Molag Bal Illusion Imp pet. You can use it as a regular non-combat pet. But furthermore you will be able to upgrade the Molag Bal Illusion Imp pet each quarter of 2024 to a unique collectible.
What items do you need to collect to unlock Molag Bal Illusion Imp?
During each ESO Event in 2024 the Impresario Event Merchant offers the three Molag Bal Illusion Imp Pet Fragments. You have to get the:
  • Anchor Chain fragment
  • Dark Anchor Pinion fragment
  • Effigy of the Dominator fragment
Each Molag Bal Illusion Imp Fragment is available for 5 event tickets at the Impresario Event merchant. Which means you need to spend in total 15 event tickets to obtain the Molag Bal Illusion Imp Pet.
How can I add the Molag Bal Illusion Imp to my Collection?
After you collected the Anchor Chain fragment, Dark Anchor Pinion fragment and Effigy of the Dominator fragment you have to combine the three parts to summon the Molag Bal Illusion Imp pet. Go to your Collections Fragments Molag Bal Illusion Imp right click on any of the fragments click combine and then the Molag Bal Illusion Imp pet is added to your collection.
Into which Event Collectibles can you morph the Molag Bal Illusion Imp?
Each Quarter of 2024 you can earn a new and unique Event Collectible during events. Which means that you can obtain 4 new collectibles in 2023. So far we know that you can upgrade the Molag Bal Illusion Imp in the first Quarter of 2023 into the Planemeld's Master markings.
  • First Quarter (January - March): Planemeld's Master markings
  • Second Quarter (April - June): Not known yet
  • Third Quarter (July - September): Not known yet
  • Fourth Quarter (October - December): Not known yet
How can you morph the Molag Bal Illusion Imp pet into the Planemeld's Master markings?

What will happen with the Molag Bal Illusion Imp when I morph it?
The Molag Bal Illusion Imp will be consumed in the morph process and is removed from your collection. But you can reaquire it by purchasing the three Molag Bal Illusion Imp fragments again from the Impresario Event Merchant during all in events in 2024.
How can you obtain Event Tickets?
Event Tickets are obtained via in-game activities during Events. You can also buy Event Tickets via the Crown Store.
