ESO Wrathsun Style

How can I obtain the Wrathsun Style?
You have a chance to obtain the Wrathsun Style in the Infinite Archive. The Wrathsun Style can be found occasionally by defeating bosses or available from merchants, both in the Infinite Archive.
Be aware that this Style can only be used to create outfits if your character is a templar. Other classes may collect the Wrathsun Style too, but can't wear the Style. Furthermore this collectible cannot be equipped by companions.
Is it part of the ESO Base game or do I need a DLC or ESO plus subscription?
The Infinite Archive was released at the end of October 2023 and is part of the base game.
