To be able to obtain the Ebonshadow Style you need to own the Clockwork City DLC or have an active ESO Plus subscription.

What do I need to craft the Ebonshadow Style?

To craft the Ebonshadow Style you need the style material Tenebrous Cord which can be found in Crow-Touched Clockwork Coffers. These coffers can be obtained by completing daily repeatable quest in the Clockwork City DLC.
