To craft the Breton Style you need Molybdenum which can be found in chests and in almost all types of lootable storages throughout Tamriel.
Additionally you can buy Molybdenum for 15 Gold from Clothiers, Blacksmiths and Carpenters.
You can find these vendors near crafting stations in almost every bigger town in the Elder Scrolls Online.
Can I see how the Breton Style looks like?
Unfortunately, no.
