How can I obtain the Fate Scryer Costume?
You can acquire the Fate Scryer Costume by earning the "Secret Keeper" achievement.
How can I earn the Secret Keeper achievement?
Finish the main story line of the Necrom chapter and complete the final quest "Chronicle of Fate" to unlock the "Secret Keeper" achievement.
After you earned the achievement the costume will be automatically added to your collection and will be account wide available for all your characters.
Is it part of the ESO Base game or do I need a DLC or ESO plus subscription?
You need to own the Necrom Chapter.
Necrom will be available as a DLC when the next Chapter is released (May/June 2024). It will be then also part of the ESO plus subscription.
