Is it part of the ESO Base game or do I need a DLC or ESO plus subscription?
To be able to obtain the Shardborn Style you need to own the Gold Road Chapter.
Gold Road will be available as a DLC when the next Chapter is released (May/June 2025).
It will be then also part of the ESO plus subscription.
What do I need to craft the Shardborn Style?
To craft the Shardborn Style you need the style material Obliviate Lacquer.
Which are also obtained by completing daily repeatable quests for Commandant Salerius and Lieutenant Agrance in West Weald.
