How can I obtain the Sea Giant Style?

You can obtain the Sea Giant Motif chapters by completing the weekly quest for the Kyne's Aegis Trial. Kyne's Aegis Trial is located in Western Skyrim.

Trials are designed for groups of 12 players. You can complete Trials in normal or veteran difficulty.

Is it part of the ESO Base game or do I need a DLC or ESO plus subscription?

To be able to obtain the Sea Giant Style you need to own Greymoor.

Greymoor will be available as a DLC when the next Chapter is released (June 2021) It will be then also part of the ESO plus subscription.

What do I need to craft the Sea Giant Style?

To craft the Sea Giant you need the style material Sea Snake Fang. Sea Snake Fang can be obtained by defeating bosses inside Kyne's Aegis Trial.
