You have the chance to obtain the Saarthal Scholar Style for the first time during the Dark Heart of Sykrim Celebration Event 2022. Saarthal Scholar Style pages can be found in Glorious Box of Gray Host Pillage and Boxes of Gray Host Pillage during the Event.
When is the Dark Heart of Sykrim Celebration active?
We don't have yet an official starting date for the Dark Heart of Sykrim Celebration, but I guess it will be active in November 2022.
