To be able to obtain the Order of the Hour Style you need to own the Dark Brotherhood DLC or have an active ESO Plus Subscription.
What do I need to craft the Order of the Hour Style?
To craft the Order of the Hour Style you need the style material Pearl Sand which can be refinded from 10 samples of Grains of Pearl Sand.
You can obtain Grains of Pearl Sand from harvesting nodes in the Gold Coast.
Pearl Sand can be obtained by completing the quest the Roar of the Crowds or by killing the boss Knight Commander Panthius in Kvatch Arena.
Pearl Sand and Grains of Pearl Sand can also be found in Undaunted Exploration Supplies.
After completing a random group dungeon you will receive Undaunted Exploration Supplies via in-game mail.
