The Grim Harlequin Style is a Crown Store exlusive Style. Usually the Grim Harelquin Style returns to the Crown Store around the Witches Festival (October) for a limited time.

What do I need to craft the Grim Harlequin Style?

To craft the Grim Harlequin Style you need the style material Grinstones. Since the Grim Harlequin Style is a Crown Store exclusive Style there is no way to earn in-game the Style Material. To craft the Style you can use Mimic Stones or create an Outfit via the Outfit System
You might find Grinstones by deconstructing player crafted gear in the Grim Harlequin Style. These Grinstones can be sold or traded to other players.
