How can I obtain the Ebonheart Pact Style?

You have a chance to find the Ebonheart Pact Style chapters in chests within Cyrodiil and the Imperial City, but only if you are part of the Ebonheart Pact Alliance.

Is it part of the ESO Base game or do I need a DLC or ESO plus subscription?

Cyrodiil is part of the base game. The Imperial City DLC can be claimed for free in the Crown Store.

What do I need to craft the Ebonheart Pact Style?

To craft the Ebonheart Pact Style you need the style material Dragon Scute which can be purchased for 10 000 Alliance Points from the War Researcher Vendor by Ebonheart Pact Players.
Don't forget that you can search Guild Traders and buy the Styles and Style Materials you like with Gold.
