To be able to obtain the Buoyant Armiger Style you need to own the Morrowind DLC or have an active ESO Plus subscription.

What do I need to craft the Buoyant Armiger Style?

To craft the Buoyant Armiger Style you need the style material Volcanic Viridian which can be refinded from 10 samples of Viridian Dust. You can obtain Viridian Dust by defeating enemies and harvesting resource nodes in Vvardenfell.
