What is the Year One Celebration Event?

The Year One Event is a celebration of the first set of updates for the Elder Scrolls Online, which includes the Wrothgar, Craglorn and the Imperial City.

When is the Year One Celebration Event active?

Year One Celebration Event will be hosted for the first time in August 2021 (26th of August - 7th of September 2021).

What do I need to participate?

To be able to access Wrothgar you need to own the Orsinium DLC or have an active ESO plus subscription.
Craglorn is part of the base game.
And you can claim the Imperial City DLC for free in the crown store.

What is special about the Year One Celebration Event?

During the Event you can earn Double rewards:

For defeating World Boss and Delve Boss enemies in Wrothgar, Craglorn and Imperial City.
For completing Repeatable quests in Wrothgar, Craglorn and Imperial City.
Killing bosses within the Maelstrom Arena (Zone: Wrothgar) and Dragonstar Arena (Zone: Craglorn).
Killing bosses in the Aetherian Archive, Hel Ra Citadel and Sanctum Ophidia Trials (Zone: Craglorn).
Earn double Tel Var Stones from enemies in the Imperial City or the Imperial City Sewers
Killing bosses within the White Gold Tower dungeon and Imperial City Prison dungeon (Imperial City DLC).
Double yield from harvesting nodes in Wrothgar, Craglorn and Imperial City.

Completing your first daily quest in Wrothgar, Craglorn or the Imperial City will award a Glorious Year One Coffer which contains valuable rewards. For example you have a chance to find Outfit Style pages of the Old Orsinium Weapon Style in Glorious Year One Coffers.

If you missed the event check the Guild Traders or wait that the Event returns.

Additionally you can find rare Year One Coffers by participating in activities within Wrothgar, Craglorn and Imperial City. These coffers have a chance to drop many returning items from the past Orsinium and Imperial City celebration events, including the Maelstrom Weapon Style and Legion Zero Vigiles style

Can you earn Event Tickets?

During the Year One Celebration event you can earn 2 Event tickets per day per account (August 2021). You will earn 1 Event Ticket for your first completed Daily repeatable quest in Wrothgar or Craglorn. And you will earn 1 additional Event Ticket for your first completed Daily Repeatable quest in the Imperial City.

What can you buy with Event Tickets from the Impresario Event Merchant during the Year One Celebration event?
