How can you earn the Scorion Pyreling Pet?
The Scorion Pyreling pet is awarded by earning the Waking Flame Explorer achievement.
To unlock the Waking Flame Explorer achievement you have to enter either the Red Petal Bastion Dungeon or the Dread Cellar Dungeon for the first time.
ESO offers serveral times per year a free ESO Plus Trial time.
You can use this trial time to access the dungeons and unlock the pet permanently.
Is it part of the ESO Base game or do I need a DLC or ESO plus subscription?
You need have access to the Waking Flame DLC or have an active ESO Plus subscription to be able to enter the Red Petal Bastion Dungeon and the Dread Cellar Dungeon.
